Is there something that you had always dream of doing?
I won't lie. I always dreamed of being a rock star!
What kind of animals do you own?
If my kids had their way we would have a farm, but for now it's just my husband and one black lab.:
What's the strangest pet you've owned?
There have been so many. We've owned 3 legged dogs, hamsters that eat their young and a turtle that we fed Doritos. I think the hamster was the strangest.
What do you do to relieve stress?
I don't think that I do anything. I probably just take two Tylenol and go to bed. Sleep is the only place that I can go where no one bothers me.
Where on earth would you go if money were no object and why?
Man, I would love to go to Europe. London, France, Italy. You name it, I would love to go there. They have such wonderful history and I love the old town feel to those places.
Who is the person you most admire and why?
My sister, Liz. She has to be the sweetest person on the planet and God must really love her because she does so much for her family and her church and she rarely ever complains.
What charity do you think is most worthwhile and why?
Children's research hospital's.
Biggest pet peeve?
People that can jump out of bed and run a marathon. I want to be able to do that and I am so not motivated in the mornings.
Why radio?
The whole rock star thing didn't work out, so I called Les and he said I could work here.
Your favorite thing about our lovely city?
Besides the people...I love the history. We live in one of the most beautiful and historical places around and it's a blessing to be in such a great place. As a family we frequently visit the historic areas.
Your favorite artists/songs?
I don't think there's enough room on the page for that. I love all types of music. Maroon 5 is my latest crush, Kelly Clarkson, Dolly Parton, 5 Blind Boys from Alabama, David Cook, Lionel Richie, Stevie Wonder, Kanye West, Josh Groban and the list goes on and on.
What job you would do if you weren't lucky enough to be in radio?
You know what? About the only other job I would want to do would be a stay at home mom, but if I had to make money at the job then I would want to be a theater director and work on Broadway or something like that. That would be really fun!

Who has most influenced you and why?
My parents and my kids. My parents because they raised me with a strong faith, and now that I'm a parent, I realize just how hard that is to do. My kids because they help me look at the world with a fresh perspective and give me a reason to be the best person that I can be.
